Last time I was wondering the exact same thing and looked through the list. I was at around 100,000 and it seemed like most people had a lot less than that. So if its the same this time around, then you'll be above.
@Mark (ID 1138) and @Graeme could you satisfy my curiousity...
How many computers do you have running Charity Engine?
What type of computer(s) do you run Charity Engine on: Windows, Linux or Mac?
Did you install the Charity Engine program? (the one downloaded from charityengine.com or are your running the generic BOINC software we are based upon)
I'm running charity engine on a single iMac. The 100,000 I had last time was with the program turned off numerous times also while I was doing other things, but otherwise running 24/7 at the default CPU amount. This time around I'm at 150,000 without turning it off more than a handful of times. And im running the charity engine program as I had not been involved in shared computing before.
Don't forget you can add more than 1 machine to an account. I have several machines in my house and at any one time 3 or 4 can be on. Most of my family are also running under the same account.
I'm running an HP Pavilion g7 laptop. It's on for Skype calls about 6 hours a day and mostly used by Charity Engine. In the first cycle (during which I joined Charity Engine) it clocked up 17400 points. My partners laptop (same make and model) runs about 4 hours a day.
I'm disappointed that I won't be finding out how a Chillblast Thunderbird does. Congrats to the winner, though!
So, I have about 85 000 points in this jackpot month, how does that scale?
You can check each time! Whenever a draw takes place, we publish the List of Entries (see How it Works) which shows everyone's points total.
From memory, 85k is above average.

On my lappy I manage on average in the low 10k's - even with heavy usage. On my imac I have no trouble reaching 50k with light usage.
@Graeme and @Phil - Thank you for indulging my curiosity.
I just dropped the current entry list into excel...
Average : 34,000
Max : 2,081,264 (wow!)
Min : 0
As a guide, my 70,000 has put me at rank 182 of the 1736.

I'm looking forward to finding out how my Intel core I7 Extreme 3960x scales :D
Also, have you guys added more than one computer??

Oh well, better luck next time.
