Are you still connected to Charity Engine...? Your computer hasn't connected in nearly two days. Under your Tools menu, do you see "Synchronize with Charity Engine"? If not, you may need to reattach to CE.
If you do see that item, what happens when you do it? Anything in the messages log?
All my projects have disappeared and can't add any more......
Please don't try to add projects manually! It's all automatic - we add the projects remotely. Otherwise it can cause problems.
The tech guys will need to advise here. I can tell you that CE definitely hasn't stopped, though.
