My computer was stolen but now I have a shiny new one and would like to install Charity Engine on it. The only place I've found to download it is the front page before logging in which requires me to 'register'. Well that's not working because I already have an account and don't want to make a new one. Where can I redownload the program?
Then, when installed select advanced view, and from the tools menu item, indicate Charity Engine as your account manager (not project) by entering the relevent address: www.charityengine.com
Yep, the Add Computer button on your home page (if you're logged in) is the easiest and most supported way to get Charity Engine set up on a new system.
That being said, what matters is that Laura was able to get that shiny new system back up and running for charity, and Roger's method will work just fine for that.
Hey all,

Thank you,

You could install the standard BOINC client:
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php
Then, when installed select advanced view, and from the tools menu item, indicate Charity Engine as your account manager (not project) by entering the relevent address: www.charityengine.com
Cheers,
Rog.
Thanks Rog!
Can't you just do Home -> Add computer?
