It's my first time log-in and I try to check and check, but in vain~~ why?
I just follow my first log-in account information, and through it, I can log in the website and type words here, but still can't synchronize with Charity Engine through Charity Engine Desktop , what's wrong?
Ok, you might want to try detaching from Charity engine by going in Tools----> Stop using Charity Engine.
Then reattach to the manager. By going in Tools--->Join a project or account manager.
Choose account manager, in the URL, type: http://www.charityengine.com/ Click next and wait a moment. if it doesn't work, you can try with http://charityengine.com/ or the other way around.
You will then be prompted to enter your credentials. Use the email address you use to login on the website and the same password.
Were you able to give this a shot, Freedman? Since you can log in to the CE website here, it should only take a minute to reattach your Charity Engine Desktop as Jo described.
It says my account name and password are wrong.
