Charityengine is only attaching rosetta as an additional project. Shouldn't it also attach other projects like einstein? 

Projects are attached and detached according to quotas and requirements in place. They will change from time to time and some users even get attached to different projects than other users based on hardware or other considerations. Ultimately, this is an effort to use your contributions wisely and support charities and research projects as effectively as we can.

So long as your computer is doing work and earning points, you should be in good shape.
