Charity Engine contributes compute capacity to a wide range of BOINC projects.
It's important to note, though, that to get points for these projects it's necessary to let our systems manage project attachment and detachment.
Alternatively: you can manually attach from your desktop software, to any BOINC project you wish to support -- but in this case you'll earn no CE credits.

Has this list changed at all I have Fight Neglected Diseases and I don't see it on the list.

That might be the only project currently that isn't on that list, but sure, this list can change at any time to include a new project.
