Also: I'm not clear what you mean by "Especially that the climateprediction project has been removed from the BOINC." Can you explain what has been removed from where? - So we can better understand the problem we need to help you with?
(Btw, were you using BOINC before you joined Charity Engine?)
Even if the project is removed, the points still apply to your account.
How many points are you expecting to see? Looking at stats sites, I see you earned 760 from CPDN recently. I think that isn't enough to stand out, as you earn quite a bit more than that per day.
It could also be that you were gradually awarded points via checkpoints or the like. If this was a long-running task, you may have earned 760 points every couple of weeks (it does seem to be the case, again looking at the history on stats sites for your account at CPDN).
