We don't run 3rd party GPU apps, as these are at much higher risk of impacting volunteers' user experience.
Also they risk making the prize draws less equitable, as users who happen to get such workunits from public research projects would get a lot more credits than users who get CPU jobs during the same period. (That is: different volunteers get work from different sources; not everyone is running the same types of jobs.)
The World Community Grid has GPU tasks now, but I haven't gotten any yet. Is this going to change? It would be nice to compute with GPU too.
