I started using charityengine today but everytime I update I get a message telling connection deffered by 7 seconds and then nothing happens.I do not use any firewall service.

Hi.  There was a temporary server issue on our end.  Can you try again in 24 hours or so*, and see if your problem has resolved itself, as I expect it will?

(*After a few failed tries to connect, your desktop app will wait longer before retrying, hence the suggestion to wait a day before you look again.)
