Sometimes participating devices are attached to BOINC projects in pools (e.g. CharityEngine1, CharityEngine2, etc), and other times individually (ceyyyyyy).
It should be ok -- you are participating in CE just as if you were still using the CE desktop client. There is no need to reinstall the CE version unless you are having problems with the BOINC client.
What is the difference between the CharityEngine1 and CharityEngine2 and the ceyyyyyy IDs
By way of clarification, in what context are you seeing these IDs?
They show up under a project's participants statistics. I believe it was number fields

PatchMyPc updated the BOINC engine to 7.16.20 BUT now My CE icons are gone and everything is BOINC... Am I still a CE Member?
I realoize this sounds kinda dumb, but do I need to roll back and re-install CE ( with its older BOINC Version?
