Hi Peter,
CE has to manage project accounts which it creates on the user's behalf. Whole point of it!
If the user has his/her own accounts, it will not manage those.
(CE is not a supposed to be a tool to manage participation in BOINC, that's just a thing we do with spare capacity, to support science.)
CharityEngine.net is a totally different company.
It did manage my accounts. It enabled "get new tasks" for Numberfields, and changed the weight on Rosetta. I don't like it fiddling with my settings.
