The stock markets are now choosing the $10,000 winning number:

?-2-0-5-5-8-9-0 (only two possible winners now; User #123 or User #438. The stock markets must pick a 0 or 1 to decide.)

Smallest digit first, so the winning number will revealed from right to left over the next few hours, as each of the exchanges closes for the day.
