Counter is reset, on we go to the next prize draw!

$1000 - Jeff Chamberlain

Prize Winner - August 20, 2015

Growing up I learned to use what we have and do the best we can with it. So now comes along Charity Engine which uses computers and current technology where we can all share in productive commercial work while doing good contributing to charity organizations on the other side.

The leaders of CE thought of putting together a Prize draw. How much more fun can you have computing with a chance to win? The winnings can be put back in to the computing/power resources, your family fund or even given back to charity.

This makes a lot of sense to me and I have enjoyed the challenge getting it all to work and keeping it running. I encourage you to give it a go as well. Good computing and good luck.

List of Entries is final!

News - August 14, 2015

The List is confirmed, the prize draw begins on Wednesday Aug 19th!

As always, you can see your entries here and on the official List of Entries here.

Good luck everyone!

$1000 - Randy Olive

Prize Winner - August 4, 2015

I have a career doing mostly research for the Government of Canada in politics, but I also have a background in computer programming and analysis. One of my favourite pastimes is hobby coding for the open source community. I found Charity Engine when I was looking for more ways to contribute my computer's time to the community. I decided to become involved because I like the simple model: the idea of using a computer's spare time to raise money for charity.
